Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in UX/UI design, including applied knowledge in AI use cases and user interactions with GenAI. They will also have proven ability to coach and mentor others, lead workshops, and facilitate design-focused learning.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Define UX capabilities for AI teams, develop learning resources, and coach team members in AI-focused UX methodologies
  • Enhance design systems, address toolset gaps, and create frameworks that support scalable AI delivery
  • Define and refine design principles to guide customer-facing GenAI applications, ensuring ethical, safe, and user-friendly experience
  • Work closely with AI and innovation teams, providing UX expertise and consultancy on key AI initiatives
