We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Officer who will be responsible for the accurate and timely billing of patient accounts across health funds and third-party providers following discharge.
About The RoleThe Accounts Receivable Officer works closely with the Supervisor to support financial business operations and contributes to the achievement of hospital goals by working in a collaborative, effective, and quality-focused manner.
The successful candidate will possess exceptional customer service and communication skills, with a positive, can-do attitude.
About You- You should have strong clerical and administrative skills, complemented by well-developed interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential.
- Demonstrated computer literacy, including accurate and efficient keyboard skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Able to plan, prioritise, and manage workload with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
