Job Title: Support Coordinator

About The Role
  • Assist in the day-to-day management of client assets and financial resources
  • Liaise with clients, their families, service providers, and stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate financial records and prepare statements
  • Support clients in receiving their full entitlements and benefits
  • Help coordinate property, assets, and investments as needed
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines
About You
  • Strong administrative and organizational capabilities
  • Experience in casework, financial management, or asset administration
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confidence working with a range of stakeholders, including vulnerable clients via phone
  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • A commitment to delivering quality customer service
  • Ability to handle and resolve complex queries

Experience in government, finance, legal, or aged care environments will be highly regarded.

Requirements
  • All candidates must have a valid Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check within the last 12 months
  • Must be available to start within one week
