Job Title: Support Coordinator
This role requires a highly analytical and organized professional to manage diverse portfolios of varying complexities, combining administrative and interpersonal skills to enhance the lives of vulnerable individuals.
About The Role- Assist in the day-to-day management of client assets and financial resources
- Liaise with clients, their families, service providers, and stakeholders
- Maintain accurate financial records and prepare statements
- Support clients in receiving their full entitlements and benefits
- Help coordinate property, assets, and investments as needed
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines
- Strong administrative and organizational capabilities
- Experience in casework, financial management, or asset administration
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence working with a range of stakeholders, including vulnerable clients via phone
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently
- A commitment to delivering quality customer service
- Ability to handle and resolve complex queries
Experience in government, finance, legal, or aged care environments will be highly regarded.
Requirements- All candidates must have a valid Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check within the last 12 months
- Must be available to start within one week
