Curriculum Development Specialist

Transform learning and teaching practices across diverse disciplines and delivery modes by designing and implementing high-quality curriculum initiatives. As a key member of the Learning, Teaching & Curriculum division at the University of Wollongong, you will be responsible for developing innovative learning experiences, subjects, courses, and cross-unit levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement curriculum initiatives that enhance learning and teaching outcomes.
  • Develop high-quality curriculum at the learning experience, subject, course, and cross-unit levels.
  • Support the design and mapping of learning outcomes, assessments, and teaching practices.
  • Leverage technology to optimize curriculum design and delivery.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Education, Instructional Design, or relevant field.
  • Experience in designing and reviewing curriculum to enhance learning and teaching outcomes.
  • Strong learning design and curriculum development knowledge.
  • Analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
