Job Title: Curriculum Administration Officer

This is a permanent part-time position commencing 13 October 2025 or by negotiation. The role of Curriculum Administration Officer supports the Leader of Learning - Curriculum and the Administration Team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the school community, including students, staff, parents, and school administration.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support to the Leader of Learning - Curriculum and the Administration Team;
  • Supporting the delivery of curriculum programs and services;
  • Maintaining accurate records and databases;
  • Processing data in various forms and producing reports;
  • Effective organisational skills with demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail;

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A commitment to the mission and purpose of the Catholic School within the broader Catholic Church;
  • Experience in administration and general office processes and procedures;
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google suite of applications;
  • Ability to process data in a variety of forms and produce reports;
  • Effective organisational skills with demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail;
