Key Responsibilities:
  • Teaching EALD and implementing a whole-school EALD direction
  • Developing and implementing suitable intervention and differentiation strategies to support literacy and numeracy outcomes of students with EALD needs
  • Liaising with external agencies to ensure comprehensive planning for EALD students
  • Managing and ensuring compliance with census and data recording requirements
Requirements:
  • Eligible teacher qualification and registration
  • Ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and education assistants
  • Strong understanding of the Western Australian Certificate of Education (WACE) and WA curriculum
