**Your new company**

We are currently recruiting an exceptional Curriculum Mentor to work with an amazing Approved National Provider. You will be a part of the Quality and Curriculum team, to inspire, mentor and lead pedagogical practice across centres in VICTORIA. You will work collaboratively with the Network team to support current centres' priorities in a strategic, planned, and purposeful way.

**Your new role**

You will proactively drive and contribute innovatively to the success and implementation of curriculum and centre priorities through working in a focussed, collaborative partnership with the Quality and Curriculum and Network teams.

Advocate and lead organisation’s initiatives through providing support for centre teams through in-centre visits, role-modelling, guidance, mentoring and empowering teams to build their capacity. Work directly with a selected group of centres in the delivery of their Quality Improvement Plan actions in a coaching and modelling capacity to build sustainable teaching and learning for all children capability in our centre teams.

Support the implementation and centre-based improvement of the NQS, the EYLF and approved learning frameworks across your state, with a particular focus on high priority centres identified by the State Manager.

Work collaboratively with the broader Teaching and Learning for All Children team to identify, develop and implement key practice uplift initiatives and strategies.

Collaborate with cross-functional specialists to co-design, implement and monitor the effectiveness of continuous improvement initiatives.

Maintain a thorough knowledge of relevant Child Protection Law matters applicable to the jurisdiction and proactive response to child protection matters.

Develop and maintain working relationships with Operations teams to support safety outcomes for the region and across the state.

Contribute to and deliver strategic direction, tools, resources, professional learning, and support for centre teams, which drive improvements in pedagogical practice through centre ownership and autonomy.

Successfully build relationships, awareness and engagement with internal and external stakeholders which focus on achieving agreed outcomes. Be a visible presence and advocate for curriculum initiatives through respectful partnerships, meeting rhythms and across relevant platforms.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- University degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred)
- Experience working collaboratively across multiple, complex sites (20+ sites)
- Sound experience in the Early Childhood sector, preferably in leadership role of Area manager or regional manager role (3+ years)
- Strong & in-depth knowledge of the National Quality Framework
- Strong pedagogical understanding and practice
- Flexible to travel-mostly Metro areas
