About the Team
This team is responsible for ensuring the smooth onboarding of merchants onto the Myob platform. They work closely with various stakeholders to identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring that the platform remains secure and compliant with regulatory requirements.
The Opportunity
You will join this winning team as a Financial Services Onboarding Specialist, where you will be responsible for assessing and making decisions on merchant applications within established Myob policies and procedures. You will also be responsible for gathering, analysing and assessing information relating to Myob Online Payment applications, including merchant business and personal profile, to effectively assess their risk profile.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and assess merchant applications to ensure compliance with Myob policies and procedures.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments on merchant applications to identify potential risks and mitigate them.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure seamless onboarding of merchants onto the Myob platform.
- Prepare and present risk review documentation to management, highlighting areas of risk and recommendations.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client data and applications within Myob CRM and associated systems.
What You Will Bring
- Experience in financial, payment or related risk assessment environment preferred.
- Experience in AML – CTF, KYC policies and procedures preferred.
- Effective communicator, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experienced in delivering results and meeting the expectations of external business partners and clients.
- Exceptional analytical skills.
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and Outlook) skills.
