Project Coordinator Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in the success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and prepare workshop drawings for submission and approval.
  • Raise allocations and job sheets for materials required to complete works.
  • Ensure timely supply of products to site.
  • Monitor project timelines to ensure alignment with construction schedules.
  • Conduct site surveys as necessary.
  • Ensure quality checks and control measures are implemented on every project.
  • Visit sites to monitor contract execution and installation quality.
  • Plan for labor or install teams to install products.
  • Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Organize project coordination meetings.
  • Prepare documentation required to complete each project.
  • Implement Environmental Health & Safety Systems and Risk Assessments for projects.
  • Ensure completion of all assigned project tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Diploma in Project Management (BSB51413) is preferred.
  • National Induction for Construction (White Card CPCCOHS1001A).
  • Valid Driver's License (Class C).
  • First Aid Certification (HLTFA311A).
  • WHS Risk Management for Supervisors and Managers.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to think and react quickly.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry.

You will report directly to the State Manager - Victoria. The salary package offered will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
