Commissioning Project Lead Role

We are seeking an experienced Commissioning Project Lead to join our Building Engineering Services team in Melbourne. This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual to lead commissioning teams on projects, develop strong relationships with clients, and drive business growth.

About the Opportunity

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining and improving client relationships, managing scope, and identifying opportunities to provide additional services.
  • Identifying, monitoring, and supporting attainment of net fee booked plans through consistent communication across the organisation.
  • Collaborating within the commissioning sector and with other sector and service leaders to define opportunities and engagement strategies for clients.
  • Serving as a key client manager for selected clients.
  • Driving the identification and development of new business opportunities in the commissioning market.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications.
  • Significant experience in commissioning or facility engineering, preferably working in Data Centre / Health sectors.
  • Experience with equipment inspections, Factory Witness Test / Factory Acceptance Tests, and travel to site-based locations.
  • A commitment to quality, improvement, and HDR values.

This role requires a passion for sustainability, knowledge of the commissioning process, and experience with design, installation, and operation of building systems. You must also have excellent written and verbal communication skills, time management skills, and the ability to interact with people at all levels.
