About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our product team, shaping the future of mobile accounting and driving high-quality outcomes. As a key partner with cross-functional leaders, you will play a pivotal role in connecting products to the company's strategy and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be accountable for product management responsibilities at a product area level, defining customer vision, scope, and approach.
  • Develop trusting relationships and influence outcomes with senior stakeholders.
  • Lead new or established leaders, effectively communicating and cascading information, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship.
  • Manage team compliance, recruit high-quality team members, and role model exemplary leadership.
  • Continuously monitor product performance, nurture iterative product improvements, and manage product lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Lead user research and coach MVP/MLP creation.
  • Runtutor sessions on product/domain and pilot new systems for innovative ideas.
  • Courageous prioritization and refine PM ways of working.
  • Develop commercial acumen and drive product decision-making aligned with strategic priorities.
  • Expertly facilitate conversations with senior stakeholders and improve cross-functional processes.
  • Coach in new analytical approaches and collaborate to integrate information for insights.
  • Provide clarity, align and engage teams, and drive performance.
