We're looking for a
dynamic Account Director
to lead and inspire a team of
12 Business Advisors
(New Business BDMs and Account Managers) across Newcastle, Central Coast, Wollongong, and Port Macquarie. This role is all about
driving new business growth
, nurturing existing SMB clients, and scaling up our SaaS offering – all while keeping our customers at the heart of everything we do.
This exciting role is open to applicants living in
Newcastle, Central Coast, Wollongong, Port Macquarie
and all surrounding areas.
The Role
As an
Account Director
, you'll:
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Business Advisors.
Drive
new business development
while ensuring client retention and growth.
Champion our
SaaS and marketing services portfolio
to expand customer reach.
Foster a culture of motivation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Deliver against revenue, productivity, and customer experience targets.
Provide insights, reporting, and strategic recommendations to senior leaders.
This is a multi faceted role managing both New Business BDMs & Account Managers
This is a
hands-on leadership role
where you'll be out in market, side-by-side with your team of 12, empowering them to achieve – and exceed – their targets.
What We're Looking For
You'll bring:
A strong track record leading
face-to-face sales teams
in the SMB space.
Proven success in
new business development
and revenue growth.
Knowledge of
marketing, advertising, digital, SEO, and SaaS markets.
A natural ability to
coach, mentor, and inspire teams
.
Resilience, motivation, and the drive to exceed expectations.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a mobile work environment.
