This role is central to driving growth across Optus Business' managed ICT services, mobility, and outsourced solutions.
You'll play a key role in deepening client partnerships, delivering innovative solutions, and expanding our presence in the enterprise market.
The day to day Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers with varied service needs and significant Total Contract Value (TCV).
Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-level and IT decision makers.
Drive revenue, profitability and market share through strategic account growth.
Champion the early adoption of new products and services.
Lead co-creation and innovation initiatives to introduce and embed Optus capabilities.
Act as a market advocate for Optus' enterprise offerings across ICT, mobility, and outsourcing.
Mentor and support Account Managers and collaborate across teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
What makes you a great fit?Strong business acumen and commercial thinking.
Proven ability in relationship-based sales leadership.
Understanding of GTM logic and vertical strategies.
Demonstrated success in business development within complex enterprise environments.
Solid understanding of cloud-based and managed ICT services.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage long sales cycles and multiple internal / external stakeholders.
Collaborative leadership style and experience mentoring others.
