We are seeking a skilled Data Center Operations Expert to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our data centers.
Job DescriptionAs a Data Center Operations Expert, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring the availability and reliability of our data center infrastructure
- Managing the performance and maintenance of critical systems, including electrical and mechanical equipment
- Coordinating with vendors and contractors to perform construction, maintenance, and upgrading works in large-scale critical environments
- Providing operational readings and key performance indicators to ensure uptime is maintained
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 4+ years of relevant work experience in facilities management, maintaining a data center or other critical space facility
- Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems used in a data center environment
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a complex, fast-paced environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) and web browser-based applications and tooling
A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other relevant discipline, or technical degree and relevant data center management/engineering/operations experience would be advantageous.
