About the OpportunityWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Relief Security Officer to join our team. As a Relief Security Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and emergency response to our retail sites in the Brisbane CBD vicinity.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-level security and customer service duties
- Guard, patrol, monitor, and control assigned premises
- Respond to emergencies, alarm events, and calls for assistance
- Assess and respond to situations of risk
- Access control
- Incident report writing and data logs
- Current Security License
- Driving Licence
- Own Vehicle - Free parking on all sites
- Control Room License - Highly regarded
- Current First Aid certificate
- Impeccable presentation
- Flexibility to work rotating rosters
- Great communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Free on-site parking
