As a key member of our team, you will assist the Senior Workplace Manager with operational activities in accounting and finance, maintenance and operations, vendor oversight, purchasing of materials, equipment, and supplies, occupancy services, and helpdesk. You will also provide administrative support to the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with clients and stakeholders
  • Procurement and vendor management
  • Financial management and reporting
  • Occupancy services and helpdesk support
  • Facility inspections and risk management
  • Event management and IT asset management

Requirements:

  • Motivated self-starter with a proven track record of delivering best practice and quality to clients
  • Proactive with a keen eye for detail and ability to balance multiple priorities
  • Can-do attitude with proven ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Strategic thinker who can deal with ambiguity and solve complex problems effectively
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in facilities management, building, business, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of local occupational health and safety requirements
  • Knowledge of vendor management for specialized services
  • Basic understanding of facilities services with soft or hard services
  • Strong administrative skills
