
Project Coordinator

Our team is seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role will involve working closely with senior staff to coordinate and facilitate the development of project plans, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project planning and execution activities
- Develop and maintain project schedules, resource allocation plans, and risk registers
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements
- Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, prioritizing and adjusting resources as needed
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Proven track record of successfully coordinating projects, with ability to adapt to changing priorities and circumstances
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
