About the Job
The Human Resources Advisor plays a pivotal role in supporting people leaders across various aspects of the employee life cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic HR guidance to people leaders throughout the employee journey
- Craft compelling job ads to attract top talent and facilitate effective recruitment processes
- Develop contracts of employment in alignment with Employment Benefit Agreements (EBAs) and relevant legislation
- Design and implement innovative process improvement initiatives that drive value-added outcomes
- Offer expert advice on HR and payroll-related matters to all employees
Requirements:
- A collaborative team player who fosters strong, trusting relationships
- Proven expertise in supporting leaders to attract talent for diverse roles
- Experience and knowledge in human resources/recruitment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- HUMAN RESOURCES or equivalent qualification (desirable)
- Experience working in the Health industry (desirable)
- Proficiency with SAP systems or similar platforms (desirable)
