Job Summary

We are seeking a Commercial Assistant Manager to lead strategic commercial initiatives across solar and BESS projects.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead commercial discussions and affairs for our Australian business.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, developers, suppliers, and external stakeholders.
  • Manage outsourced due diligence, legal services, and consultants.
  • Develop and implement commercial plans aligned with business goals.
  • Support additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • A background in Commercial or Legal disciplines.
  • Experience negotiating complex contracts, especially EPC and project financing documents.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a commercial management role within renewables.
  • Solar and BESS sector experience is highly regarded.
  • Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is required to support cross-border collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
