About Our Opportunity

A fulfilling role for a dedicated professional to support individuals and their families affected by dementia on a Fixed Term Full-Time Contract.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in understanding the impact of dementia on individuals and provide guidance to caregivers and clinicians.
  • Equip carers and clinicians with essential resources to prevent and address behaviour changes.
  • Develop reports that drive positive change and improve quality of life for people living with dementia.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand the individual's holistic experience and care network.
Requirements:
  • Experience supporting people living with dementia and a commitment to person-centred care.
  • High level of negotiation, communication and relationship building skills.
  • Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Relevant qualification in Allied Health, Nursing, Aged Care or Mental Health.
