Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support teams of skilled professionals across multiple sites and locations.

  • Oversee case management, manage resources, ensure compliance with performance metrics, and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Nursing/Allied Health or health-related degree.
  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge in supporting older people and carers living with dementia, with particular emphasis on psycho-social approaches to case management.
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
