We are seeking a proactive sales professional to complement our sales teams and drive business growth in the MICE segment. In this role, you will report to and work closely with the Director of Sales to develop and execute strategies for growing the MICE segments and contributing toward company growth. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential for success in this role. This is both a strategic and hands-on position that requires a self-starter with a genuine passion for hospitality and client service.
">Job Responsibilities- Proactively seek out new business opportunities in the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Events) segment
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, PCOs, and event organizers
- Create compelling proposals and presentations that reflect client needs and capabilities, in a timely manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth event delivery and client satisfaction
- Stay abreast of market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy
- Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets and performance KPIs
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a proactive sales role within hotel MICE or Conference centres
- A strong network and understanding of the events market
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- A self-starter with a genuine passion for hospitality and client service
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
