Job Description:
  • Foster a culture of innovation and empowerment, inspiring teachers to promote professional development and continuous improvement.
  • Lead educational transformation while cultivating a positive school environment that prioritizes equity, excellence, collaboration, and high expectations for all individuals.
  • Demonstrate inclusive education skills with a focus on student wellbeing, ensuring a strong, school-wide focus on student success.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement innovative teaching and learning programs that cater to diverse student needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers to design quality, inclusive teaching and learning programs aligned with the curriculum and assessment frameworks.
  • BUILD relationships with students, staff, and parents to ensure effective communication and engagement.
Requirements:
  • An unconditional full approval to teach is required; applicants without this approval must commence the process simultaneously with their application.
  • Successful teaching experience with a proven track record of improving teaching, learning, and classroom practice.
  • Educational leadership skills to build capacity and manage performance of individuals and teams.
Benefits:
  • A competitive remuneration package valued at $145,499.00, including a base salary of $130,094.00, plus leave loading and employer's contribution to superannuation.
