We're at an exciting chapter of our growth journey, and we're looking for a skilled Customer Service Digital Representative to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Action digital workloads, including managing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist phone queues during peak periods and provide support to customers via live chat and email.
- Participate in outbound customer calling and project-related tasks to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Develop subject matter expertise in customer service and support, providing guidance to colleagues as needed.
- Support the onboarding of new starters and contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture.
Operating Schedule:
- This is a 9-day fortnight role with a weekly rotational roster, rotating between morning and afternoon shifts.
- We may require occasional early starts to support Saturday web orders and other business needs.
- Saturday rotations will include digital coverage and assistance with call queues during peak periods.
- Flexible working arrangements are available, including the option to work from home or the office.
