We are seeking a skilled Geriatrician to join our team, working collaboratively with our existing Geriatrician based within the Hospital and another based in the community. Our service also includes a Nurse Practitioner who works in a collaborative care model.
To be successful in this role, you will hold the FRACP in Geriatric Medicine or be assessed as substantially comparable by the RACP.
Key Highlights:
- Aged Care Services: Working within a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care to older adults
- Collaborative Care Model: Working closely with a Nurse Practitioner to enhance patient outcomes
- FRACP Required: Holding a Fellowship in Geriatric Medicine or substantial equivalence recognized by the RACP
The estimated annual salary for this position is between $250,000 to $350,000 AUD, depending on experience and qualifications.
