About the Role:The Customer Service All Rounder will be responsible for building rapport with members and guests from diverse backgrounds, assisting with enquiries and requests, and delivering great customer service experiences accurately and efficiently. The successful candidate will also be required to maintain cleanliness of our service areas and work in various departments including Housekeeping, Bar, and Gaming Area.
Key Responsibilities:- Building Rapport: Develop strong relationships with members and guests to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
- Assisting Members and Guests: Provide assistance with enquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Delivering Great Customer Service: Ensure that all interactions with members and guests are positive, friendly, and efficient.
- Maintaining Cleanliness: Maintain the cleanliness of our service areas to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our members and guests.
- Previous Customer Service Experience: Must have previous experience in a customer-facing role.
- RSA, RCG, and ARCG Qualifications: Must hold current RSA, RCG, and ARCG qualifications.
- Bar and Gaming Service Experience: Preference given to candidates with bar and gaming service experience.
- Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills: Must possess excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with members and guests.
- Above Award Rates: Competitive casual rate above award rates.
