A Hospitality Expert serves as the primary point of contact for guests and VIPs at a hotel, providing information about the hotel and local area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a key point of contact for guests and respond efficiently to their inquiries.
  • Provide advice and booking services for various guest requests, including city tours, theatre tickets, restaurants, doctors, flight bookings, and more.
  • Process and deliver messages for guests.
  • Deliver and safely store guest luggage.
  • Maintain orderliness and safety guidelines around the lobby and front door areas.
  • Support management in emergency situations.

A Hospitality Expert must project a professional manner with an emphasis on hospitality and guest service. They must also maintain a clean, healthy, and safe working environment and act in accordance with policies and procedures when working with front-of-house equipment and property management systems.

Requirements:
  • Possitive attitude and strong communication skills.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent grooming standards.
  • Flexibility to respond to various work situations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of the local area.

Previous experience working in a similar role is advantageous.
