The Group: As part of a successful and growing Hospitality Group, this hotel sits within the Picturesque Blue Mountains region. Situated on beautiful grounds in the heart of the area, this hotel is a go-to venue for a classic mountain stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • As the Hotel General Manager, you will be the head of our operations, ensuring the seamless and efficient running of all departments.
  • Reporting to the CEO and working alongside other Senior Managers, your brief will be to develop and implement innovative operational efficiencies and the delivery of top customer service and return patronage.
  • This role will be pivotal in upholding the business operational directives, service standards, fostering a guest-centric culture that consistently delivers exceptional service and unforgettable experiences.
Ideal Qualities / Qualifications
  • Multiple years experience in the operations of a boutique, guest service focused environment
  • Solid financial acumen and reporting with a focus on profitability and keeping costs in line with revenue
  • An effective leadership style that is respectful and service focused
  • Ability to develop initiatives in building a solid guest base, exceptional service structure and repeat visitation
  • Experience working with marketing teams and developing initiatives to drive new business
  • Knowledge of the Blue Mountains area would be ideal, but not a must
  • Above all, you are a Hospitality leader, love the industry and making every guest experience special
