**Job Opportunity: Lead Bar Operations Supervisor**

At Hyatt, we foster a supportive and safe environment for all colleagues. We are currently seeking an experienced Full Time Supervisor to join our team in leading bar operations for a global-inspired bar & restaurant.

Located in Sydney's Central Business District, this hotel boasts multiple dining experiences and event spaces. Our team provides exceptional service, enabling us to design and deliver personal experiences.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in our operations, providing support to the Outlet Manager. In this fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional experiences for our guests. You will possess strong knowledge for developing and creating cocktails and share your craft with team members that you will be supporting.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing effective strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Providing guidance and training to team members to ensure excellent service standards.
  • Maintaining high levels of productivity and efficiency in a dynamic environment.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • At least one year's experience in a similar role or operation.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Availability to work a rotating roster including day shifts, evening shifts and weekends.
  • Unrestricted valid working rights in Australia.
  • A valid NSW RSA.
