As a seasoned beverage professional, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our bars.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to become a part-time Beverage Supervisor. In this capacity, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining effective stock management, and ensuring that the bar is well presented and managed at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

- Providing exceptional customer experiences through attentive and knowledgeable service;
- Maintaining accurate inventory levels and efficiently managing stock replenishment;
- Ensuring seamless communication among team members and management;
- Identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and implementing solutions;
- Participating in staff development and training initiatives;
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve business objectives and meet customer needs;
- Maintaining a safe and clean work environment;

About the Role:

You will be a positive leader who can effectively run and manage a team, successfully deal with conflict, and demonstrate a strong work ethic. You must have excellent report writing, shift management, and verbal communication skills. A high standard of personal grooming and 1-2 years of experience as a bar supervisor are essential requirements.
