About the Role

The Apex Group is a leading provider of fund administration and middle office solutions. We are seeking a highly skilled Business Support Associate to join our team in Sydney.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage and maintain the mailroom, ensuring all equipment is in working order and supplies are organized.
  • Liaise with IT to resolve any technical issues with mailroom equipment.
  • Prepare and execute mailouts, including franking envelopes.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.

Requirements

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Understanding of financial markets and industry trends.
