Key Responsibilities
  • Capture trades into internal systems in a timely and efficient manner
  • Reconcile positions with external brokers on a daily basis
  • Fail trade processing through liaison with Prime Brokers and counterparties
  • Manage after-trade details, including conversions and cash flows
  • Maintain profit and loss (PnL) for equity swaps and CFDs
  • Handle corporate action activity across holdings, including stock splits, rights issues, tender offers, and dividends
  • Assist with creation and redemption applications for ETFs
  • Maintain internal system static data through liaison with the IT Development Team
Requirements
  • 2-5 years' experience in a similar role
  • Operational knowledge of Asian securities markets
  • Thorough knowledge of equity and OTC derivatives, particularly equity swaps
  • Strong corporate actions experience to cover economic implications of flows and operational booking and reconciling requirements
