Anton Murray Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Senior Middle Office Associate to join their international Operations team. This role will provide an opportunity to work closely with industry-leading Fund Managers and experts, gain exposure to the global alternative asset markets, and experience working in a dynamic, high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer all aspects of the platform via online administration tools.
  • Ensure accurate processing of Capital Markets and Funds Management transactions.
  • Understand and document the lifecycle of each deal from execution to repayment/rollover.
  • Monitor and review SLA's to ensure key deliverables are met.
  • Perform regular payments, calculations, and checks on incoming and outgoing cashflows.
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of each deal set-up, including key investor details.
  • Be across all operational aspects of the business and ensure it meets all operational requirements.
  • Help reconcile bank accounts, prepare regulatory filings, and assist with trust accounts as needed.
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement and streamlining of processes, especially with regards to salesforce and platforms functionality.
  • Assist clients with operational queries.
  • Monitor capital raiser reports for timing and outcomes.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in an operations/middle office environment.
  • Financial qualifications and a passion for tech solutions and entrepreneurship.
  • Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
  • Rigorous critical thinking capability and strong time management skills.
  • Adaptability to emerging and shifting priorities and a great attitude as a team player.
Compensation

The role will pay between $90-110k base + super and bonus dependent on relevant experience.
