Join us for a unique opportunity to contribute to remote healthcare services in the Northern Territory.

This role involves providing dental treatment to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in remote communities. As part of our NT Remote Locum Program, you will work on-site in clinics, delivering culturally safe care in collaboration with local health practitioners.

You will have the chance to gain valuable experience in remote healthcare, develop your skills in a unique setting, and immerse yourself in Aboriginal culture.

Key requirements include a current NT Radiation License, minimum 2 years postgraduate clinical experience, and at least 250 hours of relevant clinical experience within the past 12 months.

We offer fully paid locum placements ranging from 3 to 12 weeks, with travel and accommodation covered. You will also receive cultural orientation and ongoing support to ensure a smooth transition into remote healthcare.

A highlight of this role is the opportunity to participate in free CPD-accredited eLearning with the Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine (ACRRM). Additionally, you will have the chance to explore Australia's breathtaking remote landscapes.

What you'll need:

  • Current NT Radiation License
  • Minimum 2 years full-time postgraduate clinical experience in a relevant clinical setting
  • Minimum 250 hours of relevant clinical experience working as a dentist within the past 12 months
