Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement global brand strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.
  • Work closely with regional teams to build growth plans and develop leading brands that resonate with consumers.
  • Support the launch of new global product platforms through the establishment of defined central frameworks and facilitating local activation.
  • Build marketing capabilities through our global Marketing Academy, from design to implementation.
  • Support entries into new markets and geographies, leveraging consumer insights to inform business decisions.
  • Contribute to the development of innovation platforms and pipelines for brands, ensuring consumer insight is at the forefront.
  • Form strong working relationships with technical development and supply chain teams to develop brand renovation projects.
  • Influence key partners internationally to support initiatives and ensure brand support.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in marketing, ideally with some international experience.
  • Demonstratable career progression and a strong track record of delivering business growth.
  • Excellent influencing, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to gain credibility quickly with senior stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to work details, and a degree-educated or equivalent experience.
  • Sound marketing experience within FMCG, with a proven ability to manage a sophisticated portfolio and articulate the distinct aspects of products and services.
  • A passion for consumer centricity and developing consumer-centric plans, with the ability to use consumer insight to inform business decisions.
  • Multimedia comms campaign development and agency management experience, with the ability to deliver commercial plans and drive profitable growth.
  • A strong teammate with the ability to influence at all levels, and strong people and team development skills.
