We offer cabin style accommodations and high-end onsite restaurant with magnificent views within 10 minutes' drive to Coles Bay town centre and the national park.

About the role

Commencement date: TBC

A day in the life of a Marketing Specialist consists of:

  1. Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to promote our hotel & restaurant business.
  2. Conduct market research to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitors.
  3. Create compelling marketing collateral, including digital content, advertisements, and promotional materials.
  4. Manage digital marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and website content.
  5. Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
  6. Collaborate with management & chef teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  7. Possess strong communication skills and adept at managing interpersonal relationships. 
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and competitive advantage in marketing strategies.

To be successful in this role, you will have excellent time management skills and deep understanding of tourism industry, also be able to work under pressure.

Skills and experience

  • Prior marketing specialist experience within the tourism industry- no prior experience will not be considered.
  • Experience with hotel & fine-dinning restaurant is highly regarded.
  • Outstanding written & verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to multi-task as well as work under pressure.
  • Impeccable attention to detail.
  • A team player.
  • Have a drivers' licence and own car.
