About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Recruiter to join our team at SafetyCulture. As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles across multiple business units. You will work closely with our engineering department to identify and engage top talent, and provide a best-in-class recruitment service using the latest sourcing and passive pipeline management techniques.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage top talent.
  • Provide data and insights to demonstrate the impact of recruitment efforts on the business.
  • Partner closely with the People & Culture and Workplace Experience team to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to stakeholders through meaningful partnership.
  • Proactively build passive candidate pipelines using an analytical and data-driven approach.
  • Effectively pitch SafetyCulture, explain equity, negotiate, and close offers while providing a fantastic candidate experience.
  • Contribute to building SafetyCulture's employer brand through external communications and networks.
  • Contribute to Talent Acquisition projects to drive operational excellence.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of demonstrated experience in technical recruiting, especially using innovative sourcing methodologies and non-traditional channels for engineering.
  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment cycle and the tools, with the ability to apply them proactively with flexibility.
  • Proven capacity to develop and maintain successful stakeholder relationships.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication and attention to detail.
  • An interest in high-growth technology startups.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented scale-up.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
