SIG Susquehanna is seeking a skilled Technical Recruiter to join our team. As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and hiring top talent across our organization.

You will work closely with our technologists and business teams to identify and attract qualified candidates. Your efforts will impact our business, hiring strategy, and technology branding initiatives.

We are looking for a strategic partner who can develop and maintain successful stakeholder relationships. You will be responsible for researching competitors and industry trends to develop creative job ads and increase qualified applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Business Operations managers and recruiters to drive the development of sourcing pipelines for high-impact roles
  • Be a strategic partner for our business and a subject matter expert on recruiting and hiring process as well as market, industry and candidate trends
  • Build your network and develop relationships with prospective candidates to build their interest in current or future opportunities with SIG
  • Research competitors and industry trends to develop creative job ads to attract new talent and increase qualified applications
  • Measure success of sourcing and marketing efforts through metrics and make recommendations for change based on your findings
  • Develop relationships with local technical meetups with a focus on sponsoring events and building brand awareness
  • Work with our Recruitment Marketing & Social Media Specialists on targeted campaigns to attract high caliber candidates

Requirements

  • Minimum of five to seven (5-7) years of experience in a fast-paced, constantly changing recruiting environment; corporate recruiting experience strongly preferred
  • Experience recruiting technical, business and or operations roles is a must
  • Experience working in a highly selective hiring environment with technology and/or technical candidates
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task autonomously
  • Demonstrated recruiting experience, including sourcing, developing candidate relationships and interviewing, required
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication and attention to detail
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Proven capacity to develop and maintain successful stakeholder relationships is key to success in this role
