About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef to join our team at Parramatta Leagues Club Ltd. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our menu items, ensuring exceptional quality and consistency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Development: Create and implement new menu items, taking into account seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
  • Culinary Leadership: Supervise and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high standards are met.
  • Food Safety and Quality: Ensure all food preparation and presentation meets the highest standards of food safety and quality.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including front-of-house staff, to ensure seamless service and exceptional customer experience.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel, restaurant, or club environment.
  • Qualifications: Diploma in cookery, kitchen management, or hospitality management (preferred).
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and a passion for delivering exceptional food and service.
