Job Title: Strategic Customer Success Manager

About the Role:

We are on a mission to revolutionize the post-sales customer journey at Dynatrace. As a Strategic Customer Success Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring our largest and most complex customers realize the full value of their investment in our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across various departments to drive adoption and utilization of Dynatrace capabilities.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling related services and discovery of additional use cases.
  • Be accountable for client renewal and retention results, ensuring timely and successful deployments and utilization best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Sales, Professional Services, Engineering, Finance, Training, and Support, to ensure flawless delivery.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in managing complex SaaS customers.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to quickly develop strong relationships with users, commercial partners, and internal communities.
  • Experience working with execs in client environments, as well as with procurement and business owners.
  • Highly motivated, energetic, and committed to getting results.
