As a Domestic Care Assistant - Home Care, you will provide part-time support to our customers located in the Tweed Heads area.

Your role involves:

  • Providing domestic assistance duties such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and their families
  • Adhering to health and safety guidelines to keep yourself and our customers safe
  • FOLLOWING THE CUSTOMERS CARE PLAN EFFECTIVELY TO DELIVER THE AGREED SERVICES
  • Reporting any issues or changes in the client's health and wellbeing through appropriate channels

Requirements include:

  • Previous experience working in a customer-centric role
  • Flexibility to work rosters between Monday to Friday
  • A current Australian Driver's License and access to a reliable, comprehensively insured vehicle
  • A First Aid Certificate (Australian Unity will organise one as part of your induction process)
