Job Description

The Head of Pricing plays a pivotal role in our organization's success. This position involves developing, guiding, and supporting the pricing function to enhance revenue and margin performance.

Pricing Leadership
  • Lead pricing strategies, drive key initiatives aligned with our business model, manage timely development of price operations, processes, and reporting.
  • Build strategic pricing capabilities within the business, lead an agile pricing team to improve pricing processes, operations, and decision-making quality.
  • Mentor and develop team members to reach their full potential, collaborate with operations teams for alignment and support.
  • Lead change management and training to ensure effective implementation of pricing changes.
Improved Billing & Margin Capture
  • Identify and execute opportunities to improve invoicing, track KPIs to optimize billing and reduce missed billings.
  • Enhance billing structures, collaborate with Procurement to manage cost price changes and improve margin capture.
Strategy & Innovation
  • Make recommendations to changes to pricing structures based on market developments.

We are looking for a pricing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will work autonomously while maintaining strong relationships with finance and operations teams.

  • Tertiary level qualification, relevant pricing experience is ideal but not mandatory.
  • Strong leadership skills, commercial acumen to inform pricing decisions, previous experience in the veterinary or healthcare industry.
  • Excellent analytical skills, ability to draw insights from data to inform practical solutions.
