Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Pricing Strategy Analyst to play a crucial role in delivering the best price value offer to our customers.

This individual will be responsible for shaping and executing pricing strategies that drive growth, enhance customer value and price perception, and strengthen our market position.

The ideal candidate will have advanced analytics skills, strong strategic thinking abilities, and excellent communication and presentation skills.

The successful applicant will work closely with a supportive team and partner with stakeholders to share insights, co-create solutions, and deliver impactful outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Pricing strategy and optimisation: The ability to lead the design and refinement of pricing frameworks to balance competitiveness, profitability, and customer perception.
  • Market and competitor analysis: Strong analytical skills to analyse market trends, competitor activity, and price movements to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Performance measurement: The ability to evaluate the impact of pricing initiatives, providing actionable recommendations to enhance outcomes.
  • Stakeholder engagement: Excellent collaboration skills to partner with teams across the organisation, including Commercial, Group Strategy, Marketing, and CustomerX, to align pricing strategies with business goals.
  • Continuous improvement: The drive to enhance pricing processes, data quality, and analytical capabilities.
