Energy Infrastructure Access Manager

This role involves leading high-impact initiatives in access and outage planning, ensuring compliance and reliability in critical energy infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team to manage outage schedules and coordinate network access.
- Promote a positive work environment through mentorship and coaching.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards and customer notification protocols.
- Identify and implement process enhancements.
- Monitor performance against Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) targets.
- Drive the continuous improvement of network accuracy and customer experience.
- Contribute to data accuracy and risk mitigation in all planned outages.
- Foster knowledge-sharing within the access & outage planning team.
The ideal candidate will possess experience in electrical engineering or a related field, with demonstrated experience in an operational or planning capacity. Leadership experience is highly desirable.
