Infrastructure and Energy Career Opportunities

We seek an experienced professional to join our Construction and Major Projects team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for you to work in a close-knit, growing team and contribute to the growth and development of the infrastructure, energy and major projects practice.

You will be responsible for advising project participants on the largest and most complex major projects in the country and regionally. Focusing on the infrastructure and energy sectors, your role will involve advising on the preparation and negotiation of various agreements including EPC, O&M/FM, TSI, BOP, D&C, PPP, joint venture arrangements, supply contracts, connection agreements and other ancillary construction and services agreements.

In addition to your technical expertise, we are looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who can liaise effectively with clients and diverse stakeholder audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising project participants on major projects;
  • Negotiating and preparing various agreements;
  • Liaising with clients and stakeholders;
  • Providing strategic advice on project development and structuring;
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience in major front-end infrastructure, energy and construction projects;
  • An excellent academic record and strong legal skills;
  • First-class attention to detail and ability to comprehend intricate legal matters;
  • A proactive approach and desire to be an integral member of our team;
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities within tight timeframes.
