Job Overview

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in human resources or recruitment who is eager to grow their career in a global healthcare organization.

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Human Resources Advisor. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting and delivering our Team Member Relations (TMR) strategy.

  • Support the delivery of TMR programs, communication, and team engagement initiatives.
  • Assist managers with recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure a seamless team member experience.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of TMR policies, documents, and practices that align with legal requirements and best practices.
  • Help design and implement initiatives to promote team member wellbeing, engagement, and retention.
  • Maintain clear communication channels between team members, managers, and the broader People & Culture team.
  • Promote and align with our values, policies, and team member conduct standards.

What We Are Looking For
  • 2+ years' experience in human resources or strong recruitment background.
  • Degree in Human Resources or similar.
  • A strong sense of confidentiality, empathy, and professionalism when handling sensitive matters.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport across teams.
  • A collaborative and proactive team approach.
  • Working knowledge of Australian employment legislation.
  • A positive attitude and commitment to supporting a respectful, inclusive workplace.
