We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Human Resources Advisor. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting and delivering our Team Member Relations (TMR) strategy.
- Support the delivery of TMR programs, communication, and team engagement initiatives.
- Assist managers with recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure a seamless team member experience.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of TMR policies, documents, and practices that align with legal requirements and best practices.
- Help design and implement initiatives to promote team member wellbeing, engagement, and retention.
- Maintain clear communication channels between team members, managers, and the broader People & Culture team.
- Promote and align with our values, policies, and team member conduct standards.

- 2+ years' experience in human resources or strong recruitment background.
- Degree in Human Resources or similar.
- A strong sense of confidentiality, empathy, and professionalism when handling sensitive matters.
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport across teams.
- A collaborative and proactive team approach.
- Working knowledge of Australian employment legislation.
- A positive attitude and commitment to supporting a respectful, inclusive workplace.
