Job Title: Hospitality Operations Manager

The primary function of this role is to oversee the smooth operation of overnight hotel services, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and property security.

  • Deliver excellent guest services including check in/out, request handling and providing hotel information
  • Manage guest accounts accurately, maintaining a seamless cashiering process
  • Maintain strict security protocols to safeguard guest confidentiality and safety
  • Adhere to the hotel's standards of professionalism at all times
  • Demonstrate analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Collaborate with the Front Office Manager and General Manager in various operational procedures
  • Prepare and serve food from the all-day dining menu as required.

  • Effective problem-solving skills and adaptability
  • Clear and confident communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office and Opera preferred
  • Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster of overnight shifts
