
Front Desk Manager

The primary function of this role is to oversee the smooth operation of overnight hotel services, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and property security.
- Deliver excellent guest services including check in/out, request handling and providing hotel information
- Manage guest accounts accurately, maintaining a seamless cashiering process
- Maintain strict security protocols to safeguard guest confidentiality and safety
- Adhere to the hotel's standards of professionalism at all times
- Demonstrate analytical skills and attention to detail
- Collaborate with the Front Office Manager and General Manager in various operational procedures
- Prepare and serve food from the all-day dining menu as required.
- A customer-centric approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Effective problem-solving skills and adaptability
- Clear and confident communication skills – both written and verbal
- Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office and Opera preferred
- Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster of overnight shifts
