Executive Chef Opportunity

We are seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team and shape the identity of our dining experience.

About the Role:
  • Lead and manage all culinary operations across restaurants, bars, and in-room dining, ensuring delivery of exceptional quality and consistency.
  • Develop creative, seasonal, and on-brand menus that reflect local inspiration and global style.
  • Oversee kitchen financials including food cost control, labour planning, inventory, and budget management.
  • Build, train, and inspire a high-performing kitchen team with a focus on development, culture, and excellence.
Requirements:
  • 5–7 years of culinary experience in a high-end or lifestyle setting, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Pre-opening and Australian market experience are strong advantages.
  • A culinary storyteller who brings passion to every dish.

  • You're a hands-on leader who builds teams that thrive under pressure and have fun doing it.
  • You're commercially savvy and confident managing kitchen operations, budgets, and supplier relationships.
  • You're a great communicator who works well with Front of the House, events, marketing, and senior leadership.
