Cottesloe Beach Hotel is a vibrant venue located in a prime Perth coastal location and has an opportunity available for aSous Chefto join the team.
We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional culinary experiences and are now seeking a passionate and skilled Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team.As a Sous Chef, you will be the right-hand to the Head Chef, ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen.
You will play a key role in menu development, food preparation, and maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene.
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual looking to take the next step in their culinary career.Responsibilities:Assist the Executive Chef in all kitchen operations.Supervise and mentor kitchen staff, ensuring efficient workflow.Oversee food preparation and ensure consistency in quality and presentation.Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.Assist in inventory management, ordering supplies, and cost control.Contribute to menu creation and innovation.Ensure a clean and organized kitchen environment.Requirements:Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.Strong leadership and teamwork skills.Excellent knowledge of kitchen operations and culinary techniques.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure.Food safety and hygiene certification is a plus.Passion for cooking and creativity in menu development.Benefits:Competitive salarySupportive network of chefs and leaders in the businessJoining an established, award-winning GroupCareer development and advancementMaster Key - Prendiville Group staff benefits programPlease apply with a current resume.
