Located in the heart of Perth's CBD, The Generous Squire pairs craft beer brewed on-site with bold, American-inspired pub fare. We're on the hunt for a hands-on, passionate, and experienced Head Chef to lead our tight-knit kitchen brigade of 7–8 chefs and bring fresh energy to our fast-paced venue.

What we're looking for :

  • A calm and capable leader with at least 1 year of Head Chef experience
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-moving kitchen and leads from the front
  • A chef who's adaptable and confident juggling busy bistro service and function catering
  • A team player who can bring fresh ideas and inspire their crew

What You'll Bring to the Table

Solid experience in menu costing and wastage controlA knack for balancing creativity with consistencyConfidence managing large-scale functions and brewery eventsFamiliarity with culinary trends and kitchen optimisationExperience with rostering, stock control, and cost managementProficiency in MS Office, POS systems, and kitchen softwareA passion for community engagement and business growth
